🔔 Pusher Integration in Tenziv

Enhance your real-time experience in Tenziv with Pusher integration, enabling instant notifications and seamless email interactions within the Inbox.

🚀 Getting Started with Pusher

To begin, create a Pusher account if you don’t have one already.

🛠️ Create a Pusher App

  1. Log in to your account at Pusher.com.

  2. Go to Channels > Manage.

  3. Click Create App.

App Setup:

  • App Name: Tenziv CRM

  • Cluster: Select the appropriate cluster (e.g., eu, us, etc.).

  • Stack:

    • Frontend: Vue.js

    • Backend: PHP

  • Click Create App to finish.

🔑 Get Your App Keys

Once the app is created, go to the App Keys section in the sidebar to access your credentials:

  • App ID

  • Key

  • Secret

  • Cluster

🔧 Configuring Pusher in Tenziv

  1. In Tenziv, navigate to:
    Settings → Integrations → Pusher

  2. Fill in the fields using the values from Pusher:

    • APP ID

    • APP Key

    • APP Secret

    • Cluster

✅ Done!

Once configured, Tenziv will instantly start receiving real-time updates—from new leads and emails to user activity—without needing to refresh the page.
