🛍 Product Fields

The Product Fields section lets you define which information is shown and collected when working with your product records in Tenziv. This helps keep your product database clean, organized, and tailored to your business needs.

You can configure fields for three key views:

➕ Creation Fields

These are the fields shown when creating a new product in Tenziv.

  • Use this to control what information must be entered (e.g., Product Name, SKU, Price, Description).

  • You can mark fields as required or optional.

🔧 Click Manage Fields to add, remove, or rearrange these fields.

✏️ Edit Fields

These fields appear when editing or previewing a product record.

  • Includes internal-use or additional details not needed at creation.

  • Ideal for tracking cost, supplier info, inventory status, or other updates.

🔧 Click Manage Fields to customize.

📃 List Fields

These fields appear in the Products List View (table of all products).

To customize your columns:

  1. Navigate to the Products section.

  2. Click the table icon in the top navigation bar.

  3. Choose List Settings to select which fields are displayed and in what order.
