πΌ Deal Fields
The Deal Fields section allows you to control how deal records are created, edited, and displayed throughout your CRM. Customizing these fields ensures your sales pipeline reflects your unique sales process and priorities.
You can configure deal fields across four key areas:
π Detail Fields
These are the fields shown on the Deal Detail View β when viewing a specific deal.

Includes core and custom information like Deal Name, Value, Stage, Close Date, Source, etc.

Provides your team with a full snapshot of each opportunity.
π§ Click Manage Fields to add, reorder, or remove fields.
β Creation Fields
These fields appear when a user is creating a new deal.

Helps ensure all essential information is captured from the start.

You can define which fields are visible or required during creation.

βοΈ Edit Fields
Displayed when a user is editing or previewing a deal record.

Useful for adding internal notes, adjusting forecast values, or updating deal stage/status.

You can include different fields here than whatβs shown during creation.

π List Fields
These fields are shown in the Deals List View (the table of all deals).
To customize:

Go to the Deals section.

Click the table settings icon in the top navigation bar.

Choose List Settings to show, hide, or reorder the visible columns.
