🔄 Pipelines
Tenziv CRM supports multiple pipelines within the Deals feature, allowing you to create and manage custom sales stages that reflect your unique workflow.
Default Pipeline
A pre-configured “Sales Pipeline” is available in Tenziv CRM as a starting point. You can modify this pipeline or create new ones to better fit your sales process.
➕ Create Pipeline
-
Setup: Navigate to Settings → Deals → Pipelines and click Create Pipeline.
-
Creation: Enter a name for your pipeline (e.g., “Enterprise Sales Pipeline”) and click Create.
🔒 Pipeline Visibility
By default, pipelines are visible to all users within the system. However, you can control visibility post-creation.
-
Customize Visibility: After creating a pipeline, go to the pipeline edit view to specify which Teams or Users can view it.
-
Primary Pipeline: The primary pipeline’s visibility cannot be modified.
📊 Pipeline Stages
Tenziv allows you to customize your pipeline stages, including their order and win probability.
-
Edit Stages: Customize and reorder stages to align with your sales process.
-
Win Probability: Each stage has a default win probability of 100%, which can be adjusted to reflect more realistic chances of closing deals.
-
Stage Ordering: Stages are often arranged from lowest to highest win probability.
📈 Stage Win Probability
You can adjust the win probability for each stage to reflect its likelihood of deal closure:
-
Default Setting: Initially set to 100%.
-
Adjustment: Modify the probability for each stage based on historical data or team input.
Example: A stage with a 20% win probability will show 20% of the total deal value as its weighted value.
💰 Total and Weighted Value
Tenziv CRM helps you understand the potential value of deals in your pipeline by calculating both total value and weighted value:
-
Weighted Value: Represents the likelihood of a deal closing in each stage.
-
Example:
-
If a stage has a 20% win probability, a deal worth $17,460.00 will have a weighted value of $3,492.00.
-
Note: “Won” or “Lost” deals display only total deal values, excluding weighted calculations.
🖼 Visual View
For a more intuitive experience, you can switch to a visual view of your pipeline.
Simply click on the button at the top right-hand side of the topbar to toggle between the list and visual views.
❌ Lost Reasons
Lost reasons allow you to track and categorize why deals are marked as lost, providing valuable insights for your team.
-
Setup: Go to Settings → Deals and click Create Lost Reason.
-
Creation: Enter the name of the lost reason (e.g., “Budget Constraints”) and click Create.
-
Customization:
-
To ensure consistent lost reasons, you can disable the option for sales agents to enter custom lost reasons.
-
The lost reason is required by default, but can be made optional in Settings → Deals.
