In Tenziv, Companies are the foundation of your CRM. Every deal, contact, and activity starts with a company β whether it’s a lead, a current client, or a past customer.
Each company gives you a central place to manage all related contacts, deals, documents, emails, tasks, and more.
π§± Companies Are the Core of Your CRM
Tenziv follows a Company-first structure:

Contacts are assigned to companies

Deals are associated with companies

Documents and activities are linked through the company
Everything is in one place β so your team never misses a detail.
β Creating a Company
To create a new company:

Go to the Companies tab
-
Click Add Company
-
Fill in:
-
Company Name (required)
-
Email / Phone
-
Website / Address
-
Tags or notes
-
-
Assign an Owner
-
Click Save
π Viewing & Managing Companies
In the Companies tab, youβll see a full list of all companies in your CRM.
From here you can:

Click into a company to see its full profile

View all related:

π Contacts
-
π Documents
-
πΌ Deals
-

-
π Tasks
-
π§ Emails
-

Apply filters (industry, owner, tags, last activity, etc.)
π Editing & Deleting Companies
To edit a company:

Click the company name, then βEditβ in the top-right
-
Update any field and hit Save
To delete a company:
-
Go to the company page or click the β― menu in the list

Only Admins or Owners can delete a company (if allowed in settings)
π· Tags, Status, and Ownership

Use Tags to categorize companies (e.g., βLeadβ, βVIPβ, βIrelandβ)

Set Owner to define responsibility

Track Status (Prospect, Customer, Archived)
This helps segment your database and build filtered lists for sales, marketing, or reporting.
