The Documents section in Tenziv helps you manage proposals, quotes, and contracts efficiently. You can define document types, set a default, and streamline how your team creates and sends documents to clients.


📌 Default Document Type

Set the default type of document your team will use most often.

Example: Proposal

This type will be pre-selected when users generate a new document but can be changed as needed.


📂 Document Types

Document types help categorize and organize the materials you send to leads and clients. You can create as many types as your workflow requires.

Your current types include:

ID Label
1 Proposal
2 Quote
3 Contract

🔧 Click Create Document Type to add additional categories like NDAs, Service Agreements, or Briefing Notes — depending on how your business operates.
