🏒 Company Fields

The Company Fields section allows you to customize the information collected and displayed for companies in your CRM. Whether you’re tracking client businesses, vendors, or partners, you can define exactly what data matters to your process.

You can manage company fields across four key views:


πŸ“ Detail Fields

Displayed when viewing a specific company record.

  • Shows important data such as Company Name, Industry, Size, Address, Website, and more.

  • Provides your team with a full profile of the organization at a glance.

πŸ”§ Click Manage Fields to add, remove, or rearrange what’s visible.


βž• Creation Fields

Shown when creating a new company in the system.

  • Control which fields are visible or required to streamline data entry.

  • Helps your team capture consistent, useful information from the start.

✏️ Edit Fields

Available when editing or previewing a company record.

  • Enables quick updates to existing data.

  • Useful for internal tracking or when new details become available.

πŸ“ƒ List Fields

Displayed as columns in the Companies List View (the company table view).

To customize your list view:

  1. Go to the Companies section.

  2. Click the list settings icon in the top navigation bar.

  3. Choose which fields to show, hide, or reorder.
